Store-bought microwave popcorn is an easy snack but with that long list of ingredients, not so healthy.  Yet I don’t always want to drag the air-popper out of the pantry.  Then I discovered that you can make healthy popcorn in the microwave!  All you need is a paper lunch bag and organic popcorn kernels plus your toppings.  Make sure its organic to avoid GMOs!

  1. Add 1/4 cup of organic popcorn to your lunch bag.
  2. Fold the top of the bag and put in the microwave.
  3. Set your microwave for 2 minutes and hit START.
  4. Add your toppings! (I love my plain old melted butter and salt, and maybe a little curry powder.)

See how easy that was!  Enjoy!

What are your favorite popcorn toppings?
